Birth of Innovative Skin Care

I would have to say that my entry into a life long love of organic gardening in my 20’s was the very beginning step that brought me to skin and body care. At that time I was also studying horticulture at the University of Wisconsin, learning about the native plants I had grown to love in my childhood. In my free time, I stalked the wild asparagus and harvested pollen from cattails to be used as flour in pancakes. It was equally amazing to discover that beautiful plants not only held the keys to nutrition but also to healing the body and nurturing the spirit.

My Commitment - Chemical Free, Organic Products

I am passionate about providing whole body care that enhances all aspects of my client's health and well-being and here is why. My father, a world renown medical scientist, lead our family abroad regularly to live in other countries and we had many foreign visitors, I became very curious about other people and their cultures, especially around the topics of food and healing. Traveling to all continents except two over the years, I noticed that people who live close to the land, growing their own food and healing herbs are robust, joyful and radiating health. Unfortunately current urban lifestyles, mass produced fast food,  and chemically polluted environments challenge our health and wellbeing. I wish to promote health, so products with harmful synthetic chemicals are out and instead I choose only the most wholesome organic products for my practice. My clients deserve the best!

Life Changing Influences

My clients often comment that much more goes on for them in my studio than just having a treatment. They also can’t quite explain what’s different except they feel so much better and so deeply relaxed. But I know what it is. In addition to my professional training, two teachings/experiences have deeply influenced me and my work.
In 2006 I traveled to South India to participate in a month long retreat most of which was in silence Oneness University. At the conclusion of this time I was initiated to receive and transmit the Oneness Blessing/Deeksha energy. This experience changed my inner landscape and now indelibly affects everything in my life including my work in skin care.
I also have been dedicated to a variety of energetic studies since 1997 including Sente', Emotion Code, Matrix Energetics and Bio Energetic Synchronization Technique.These areas of study have enhanced my understanding of energetic health and empowerment and as a result I have grown to be a better listener, more clear in my communications and able to see, understand and support others in ways that really make a difference. These abilities are invaluable resources in a profession that focuses on people.

Invitation to Relax

My love of plants, people and natural healing has come together very nicely in my whole body care profession. During the first half of my three decades I practiced in Aspen, Colorado within my own business, Full Circle Massage and Day Spa and as a practitioner for the Aspen Club and Spa. In 1999 I relocated to Ashland, Oregon where I continued my private practice as Finest Skincare until 2018 when I returned to my home state.
